HMS Belfast

Nathan and I paid a visit to HMS Belfast today. She was built in 1938 and was decomissioned in 1971.  Currently she is moored on the Thames close to Tower Bridge. There were a lot of steep stair cases to climb up and down, and on the whole the visit was a bit average. I' glad we got half price tickets with our English Heritage passes.
We were planning on walking around the Soth Bank afterwards, but as you can see from the photo's it was a miserable day, so we got some lunch at Borough Market and came home.
